Q: Why I cannot see any live seating chart?

A: You either have running ActiveX controls disabled in your browser or an old version of Macromedia's Flash player. Enable running ActiveX control (it is safe to run Flash player) or Get the latest Flash player.

Q: How do I get started?

A: First, select/click any event you may want to order. Then, select/click a seating section. A live seating chart will be shown. Click any available seats you would like to order. Check 'Show view' will display an actual view image from selected seat.

Q: What happens when I click 'Process' during checkout?

A: Your seats will be held for you for specified time. If you choose to pay with credit card, you will be shown a secure credit card payment page. Once you have paid, the tickets will be marked as sold. Note, before you process the order, you may be warned if someone else has taken any of your ticket selections. Box office reserves right to remove or move your selections before they are fully paid at any time. Once your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation email (with a PDF receipt attachment if you have paid with credit card).

Q: What's the email delivery option?

A: Once you have paid, an email with PDF receipt attachment will be sent to you. The PDF receipt contains barcode tickets that you may print and present for admissions at door.

Q: How can I get more help for my order?

A: You may contact box office by calling. The phone number may be listed at top of the page just under the 'Welcome' message.

Q: How do I report any errors or technical difficulties?

A: Very rare! But if you ever encounter any error, please capture a screen shot and send it with a description to ticketmap@yahoo.com We appreciate your assistance and will fix any problems promptly.
